In our monthly chapter meetings we strive to provide you with the most current information possible.  The speaker's that we invite to present to our chapter members are professionals who are experts in their field.  They come equipped with the most up-to-date legislative, payroll, or HR-related information to help make your payroll efforts more efficient and precise.

Monthly Speaker Luncheon Meetings
We invite you to come join us for lunch the third Thursday of each month (except December).  Your first chapter visit/lunch is on us!  Subsequent meeting costs will be $ 18.00 for Colorado APA chapter members.  Non-member cost is $ 25.00.  See the Events Calendar below for meeting information.  An R.S.V.P. is required.

Chapter Membership

TOPIC:      940’s, 941’s, and W2’s, what do they have in common?

Study Group
NCPA is hosting an Instructor-led Study Group to help prepare payroll professionals to test for and obtain their Certified Payroll Professional Certification or their Fundamental Payroll Certification. The Study Group will be held for 13 weeks beginning in early January 2012. The cost is $ 50 for any Colorado APA chapter member. Non-members are required to join NCCAPA in addition to paying the study group fee.  There will be mentors who are CPP's and FPC's who will be available to assist those preparing for the spring 2012 exams.

Study Group instructors will conduct each session using the 2011 edition of The Payroll Source, a Textbook and Desk Reference by the American Payroll Association. The content of this textbook offers information on all subjects that Study Group participants must master in order to pass the CPP or FPC exams.

2011 Payroll Source Textbooks
NCPA has a very limited number of textbooks available through our chapter (for Study Group participants only) at the discounted cost of $ 175.00, first come, first served.

The regular textbook cost is $ 254.95 for National APA members and $ 359.95 for non-members.  If you are not a National member, our chapter will order your textbook for you at the $ 254.95 cost.  All Book Orders and Payments must be received by December 8, 2011.
